Rebates: 18 April to 31 May 2024

Enjoy up to 20% rebates for every S$200 spent, up to S$280 rebates.

This program is available to all online shoppers on Club21.com, unless otherwise stated.
Rebates are issued based on the orders placed between 18 April to 31 May 2024 (GMT +8).

Question 1: How many orders can I enjoy rebates?

Only 1 rebate will be issued per customer in a day.

For e.g. if a customer made 3 orders on 19 April, only the first order made on 19 April will be rewarded with the rebates.
For e.g. if a customer made 1 order on 19 April, and 1 order on 20 April, both orders will be rewarded with the rebates.

Question 2: What is excluded from rebates?

Singapore 9% GST, duties, taxes, shipping fee will be excluded from rebate calculation. For example, if the final amount of your order is S$109 in which S$9 is tax, then only S$100 will be counted towards your spending.
Orders paid with a gift card will not be counted as part of your total spending for this rebate. For example, if you have an order totaling S$2,000, of which S$500 is paid using a gift card, only S$1,500 will be counted toward your spending.
Rebates are valid for all items on https://club21.com/collections/all-products.

Question 3: How will I receive my rebates?

Rebates will be issued in the form of e-gift card code, 1 month after the order has been successfully paid.

e-gift card code will be valid for 1 month from the date of issue.
e-gift card code is non-transferable and will be linked to the customer's account.
There is no minimum spend required to use the e-gift card code.
e-gift card code can only be used for online purchases and will not be usable at physical retail outlets.
You can enjoy free exchange / returns service when using e-gift card code. A refund will be made via online store credit - except for damaged items which can be returned based on our usual returns policy.

Question 4: How much rebates will I receive?

Receive S$20 rebates via gift card code when you spend above S$200.

Receive S$40 rebates via gift card code when you spend above S$400.

Receive S$90 rebates via gift card code when you spend above S$600.

Receive S$120 rebates via gift card code when you spend above S$800.

Receive S$150 rebates via gift card code when you spend above S$1,000.

Receive S$240 rebates via gift card code when you spend above S$1,200.

Receive S$280 rebates via gift card code when you spend above S$1,400.
