"Yohji Yamamoto" x "x Vessel" Collaboration Footwear 2021 Spring & Summer

These sneakers are the result of a collaboration between "Yohji Yamamoto" and actor/singer Van Ness Wu's apparel brand "x VESSEL".
Based on the brand's popular "G.O.P." sneakers, the shoes feature leather materials, black colors, and details such as Yohji Yamamoto's signature logo.

The size tag, which is usually inside the shoe, is intentionally placed on the outside of the shoe as a design. The size tag is an x VESSEL original.

The fringing on the canvas gives it an element of "unfinishedness", and the layered sole part expresses an element of "deconstruction" by combining countless disassembled sole parts.

In addition, instead of laces, the "dial lace-up system," which is a characteristic feature of "high-tech sneakers," has been adopted, with wire laces and a dial disc to wind the laces, allowing for quick and smooth removal and size adjustment.
